Red Salsa
Who doesn’t love a good salsa? I know I do. There are so many things you can do with salsa but this recipe is the classic. It’s not fussy just plain ‘ol salsa. I do add cilantro to my salsa but if it tastes like soap to you, just omit it.

| 1 Can Whole tomatoes or diced | |
| 4 Green onions | |
| 1 bunch Cilantro | |
| 1-2 Jalapeños | |
| Salt | |
| Garlic powder |
Directions

Salsa!
Blend tomatoes and pour into a medium size bowl. Add the chopped green onions, jalapeños and cilantro (I use leaves and stems). Mix this together. If it is thick, add some water. Add salt and garlic powder to taste. If it tastes sweet, add more garlic powder.
If you love avocado, chop one up and add it to the salsa.
