super easy
This is one of my sister’s absolute favorite. I think it’s ok but when you love it, you love it. It is more of a sweet treat than a meal.

1/2cup rice | |
1cup water | |
1 Cinnamon stick broken up | |
1/4 - 1/2cup Sweetened condensed milk or evaporated milk with sugar | |
1/2 tsp Vanilla |
Directions
1.
Cook the rice with water and cinnamon sticks. When the rice is almost done add the milk and vanilla.
